file attach error

Confluence Information ::

- version : 5.10.8

- build no : 6441 

 

problem  ::

1. in the view mode, preview is not working. i have to download and open the file. 

2. in the edit mode 

when i trying to attach a file by using drag & drop, it fails with error message.

Hello JUNGKEUM SHIN,

Can you let us know if you recently upgraded to your current version of Confluence or made any recent changes to your system? Can you also tell us what database version you are using?

Lastly, in your logs, do you happen to see any further ERROR or Caused by lines that could help us to determine the reason for your error?
