Dear Supports and Programmers
First of all, we like to thank you, for your very nice Plugin for confluence.
Information:
Pluginversion: Draw.io plugin v5.4.4.0
Confluence: 5.9.8
OS: CentOS
Fonts: installed
Now to our issue.
When we export a Diagramm directly as png, all fonts are correct. If we use the same Diagramm to export as PDF, all fonts are wrong. But this is only from Within the Plugin Editing Mode.
We already tried to "export over external" did also not work. Do you may have an idea, what we can change, that the export (from within the plugin) will work correctly?
Many thanks in advance for your input.
Kind Regards
p.p. Raphael Gnaedinger
Hi @David Benson [draw.io]
I've already seen this Document and have installed all the free Windows-Fonts on our Machine..
Also we have tried the "external Image Generation" this also did not solve the issue
It's this https://support.draw.io/display/DFCS/Using+external+image+generation+in+draw.io+Server+products you enabled for external image generation?

I've some remarks about improving font support on Linux servers in one of the comments in this thread https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/295755.

We've not been able to find out why you cannot connect the external image server. Could you email support@draw.io so we can get further details from you please?

Apologies for seeing your question late. We only watch questions tagged with "draw.io", I'll add that tag in now, but if you add it in the future you'll get a much faster answer.
