email notification does not work when watching a Page Tree

We are experiencing intermitent issues with the email notification functionality for users who are watching a page tree. it looks like the first email gets generate fine, but some subsequent emails are never generated. they do not show up in the email queue and never show up in user's bailbox.

It turns out that the problem we were experiencing was due to Zen Foundation theme. That issue has now been resolved.

As far as I know Cofluence do not have the ability to watch Page Tree. However, Descendant Notification Plugin can do the job. Are you using this plugin instead? If otherwise, perhaps you can elaborate further how are you watching the page tree?

We are using the Zen Foundation plugin (ver 5.2.8) and all spaces are themed based on a Zen theme. It supports Page Tree watching.
