Due to the nature of team calendar making all calendars public and anyone having the permissions to delete a calendar, this can happen easily by mistake clicking "Delete" instead of "Remove from my list".
Upon "Delete", team calendar should send an email to all subscribers of this calendar with an ical export attached to it. What happens is the e-mail is sent but without the ical file :s
