creating a new page, drop down for list of available labels to add

I would like to have a drop down list, or something similar, of already created Labels that can be added to the new wiki article.  Is there a simple way of doing this?  I would like to keep users from creating duplicate labels if possible.

If you have ScriptRunner for Confluence (Server) then you already have this functionality in the included LabelTools macro.

If not then you can create your own macro, although this is a bit more involved and requires coding knowledge.
