create a page with a list of items with a status

How can I make the most of Confluence in order to create a page with a list of items (or a table) with a status (non-tested/tested, non-executed/executed, ...) that users could easily change ?

The list of item could be created manually, or from an Excel, or maybe from Jira.

If you require that these items are interactive in Confluence (instead of the more traditional place for this, JIRA) then I think your best bet is the Confluence plugin Ad hoc Canvas. It will give you the ability to track "items" as they go through whatever status you want to program. Imagine the most simple JIRA implementation, or a program like Trello.
