confluence cloud version export error

I am a space owner for a confluence cloud space.  when doing an export of confluence space, i am getting an error at 99% complete:

"There was an error in the export. Please check your log files. :No WorkContext set"

 

has anybody encountered this before?

That seems weird. You should raise an issue at support.atlassian.com if the problem persists.

I get the same error for every space - ranging from 96% to 99% complete.  Any new space without image attachments will pass.  Add any image to any page of the new space or even add any image then delete it, then the same error is shown.
