Hi Aman,

To create a user in Confluence:

  1. Login to your Confluence Administrtor Panel
  2. In left panel click on users
  3. Click on Add user tab to creating a new user.

To assign a user in space:

  1. On Confluence Administrator Panel click on Space permission
  2. Click on Manage permission for your space
  3. Under the Individual user click on Edit Permission
  4. Enter your username to the field and press the add
  5. Click on Save All

I would recommend you to take a look at "Add or Removing User in a Group" and "Space Permission Overview" Documentation for more information about how to assign users to the group and how space permissions work.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Cheers,

Saleh
