Hi Tomasz, 

login to you Atlassian Account at https://my.atlassian.com and navigate to Licenses (https://my.atlassian.com/products/index) 

There you may be able to change/add the technical contact:

Note: I guess only technical contacts are able to edit contact data.

Maybe you have to know who ordered the license and ask them to add you there as contact.
