Hello Asaf,

Welcome to Atlassian Community. It's nice to meet you!

The article you linked is for Confluence Server version 6.10 specifically. Is this the version of Confluence you are running, or do you have a Cloud site, which is what I see according to the question you raised.

If you're on Confluence Cloud, then you have a different version of Confluence and you should have a look at this article:

In Confluence Cloud's new editor, you'll need to use page headings in order to create anchors. In the Link Formats table, Link to a heading on a page or another page will tell you now you can link to these anchors.

See also, Anchor Macro:

In the new editor, the anchor macro has been replaced by linkable headings.

To create a link to a specific section on a page:

  1. Hover over a section title when viewing a page.
  2. Click the link icon that appears to the left of the section title to copy it.
  3. Insert the link in another page to create a link that goes to that part of the page.

I hope that helps, but let me know if you have any trouble.

Regards,

Shannon
