A co-worker suddenly says she can't log in

I tried to set a password, but the following error occurs. (Colleagues have administrator rights)

I got that error and checked the logs, but I'm not sure what to do.

```
Hello @Moderntec !
As I understand, you need to reset a user password but the procedure fails with the error displayed on the screenshot.
I have seen similar behavior when Jira was used as an external user directory to Confluence and Confluence was unable to reach Jira. You may want to make sure that, if it exists, the setup between your Jira and Confluence is correctly set. You can take a look at the documentation here:
You may need to login to your Confluence using a Local Administrator account. A local administrator is an account that was created within the internal Confluence user directory and has administrative rights to the instance.
I would like to ask you a few questions for clarification. Here we go:
  1. Is this affecting other users?
  2. Are you still able to create new users?
  3. Are you using Jira as an external user directory for Confluence?
  4. Was there any change applied prior to this behavior?
Let us hear from you!
