Unfortunately, we can't help you either. This is a community of end users, we don't have access to you instance either.

Is there anyone else in your organization that might have admin rights? Some system administrator or the person who bought Confluence?

Hello Wasim,

As Nicolas mentioned, you'd have to contact the administrator from your instance to perform this operation (And set the user to the right groups).
