can not configure server base url

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Configuring the Server Base URL

I just get an Atlassian Cloud Open Source subscription for our Open Source project(Open-Falcon).

The Server Base Url is not editable.  Why? What should i do then?

The base url of a Confluence system must match the url upon which it is running.

On Cloud, you can not change that url, so there's no need to change the base url either.  (If Atlassian do implement a system where you can change the url, I can't imagine that they would not automatically lock the base url to it, so you still wouldn't be able to change it)
