We could also ask what you broke, when tinkering with your settings or adding plugins to your browsers.
Anyway, I'd suggest checking your plugin list, explaining what "can no longer export" means (option vanished? Error when you click it? Garbage download? You haven't explained any symptoms), and then raising an issue with OnDemand support if no-one here can help, or it's urgent.
