how do I create a link to a new page target="_blank"

Here is the HTML for creating a link that opens in a new tab:

<a href="https://URL.SOMETHING" target="_blank">TEXT FOR THE LINKS</a>

You can use the HTML code above in tandem with the HTML macro:

Do you mean to a page that doesn't exist yet?

I know the raw code.  Just don't see a way on the confluence page to set that target. My pages keep opening up in the same browser window.  Where do I set the target window?
