Is there a problem with cloud supported back up? Since 3 weeks we weren't able to create a backup.
The backup stocks about 6h in "zipping export"...
Hi Walther,
According to the Status page there are no known issues with Atlassian's Cloud offerings. However, there are maximum storage sizes (which you can find here) so you might want to check the size of your backup as that could be the problem.
Hi,
I don't think storage size is the problem. We have about 5GB for confluence and under 1 GB for JIRA.
The problem occured, whenwe added JIRA and connected JIRA with confluence.
anyway, we try to delete our JIRA account and go further with confluence only... We don't have time to take care about the back up feature.
Hi Walther,
Atlassian store disaster recovery backups for the last 7 days, but if you want a quick and easy way to backup critical information, you can export individual spaces whenever you want to a local machine, and store them where ever you want. If you're just looking for a way to make sure you don't lost the content that might be the simplest way to achieve it.
This community is celebrating its one-year anniversary and Atlassian co-founder Mike Cannon-Brookes has all the feels.
