attachment content into tables on the page

Does confluence have a corresponding API that can convert page CSV attachment content into tables on the page？

i use "/wiki/rest/api/content/" is not ok，error403

You would need to parse the CSV on your own and then use the API to add it to the page following the documentation here https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/rest/v1/api-group-content/#api-wiki-rest-api-content-post
