after upgrading draw.io to 5.2.1 on confluence 5.7.1 blank screen when edit

Gerben Heinen October 23, 2015

When I did what is described in the subject of this message, pressing 'Edit' on a draw.io diagram, results in a blank screen and there is no draw.io edit screen appearing. Before the upgrade everything was working fine.

Anybody know how to fix this?

Thanks for the replies! I did the upgrade on friday and now on Monday, 'edit' is working again! Don't know what happened, but i'm happy for now.

Given that this happened on a draw.io upgrade I would suggest clearing to plugin cache https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFKB/How+to+clear+Confluence+plugins+cache.

Hey there,

Check if the UPM is on the latest version or if the latest draw.io version is compatible with your Confluence's version.

Cheers,
