after moving forum in the pagetree hierarchy, forums shows no entries

after moving forum in the pagetree hierarchy, forums shows no entries but the child pages are 

available, we made a rebuild index from scratch but with no success

pls any help what to do 

we are using 2.7.1 version of 

Community Forums Plugin and confluence 5.74

i also tried to post a support ticket as we have a commercial license but your productsupport.adaptavist.com/

sais i have no permission to do anything pls help thx

Hope this finds you well. When you move the Forum page the child pages(Topics) are also moved. 

productsupport.adaptavist.com/ is our Service Desk that we currently do not use it for Support for Adaptavist Confluence Add-ons yet. Please use the contact form on our website to create tickets. We will contact you via email and you can provide us more information in order to resolve the issue. While creating the ticket please do provide details about Forums showing "no entries".
