Hi! If you're your looking to enter a line break instead of a full paragraph, you can press Shift + Enter to obtain a new line.

If you're looking to control whitespace via spaces, you're option is to use the preformatted text option, in the upper left –

This gives you full   white   space       control    in        terms     of s p   a  c e s
