Zephyr for Confluence/JIRA

I have installed Zephyr on Confluence and configured the application link and did the configuration for JIRA as well as per the instruction guide.

While inserting Zephyr for JIRA Test Metrics on the Test Dashboard, we are getting a message  "Zephyr for JIRA gadgets aint configured. If you configure Zephyr for JIRA gadgets, you can easily fetch Zephyr Test Metrics."

Can you provide us a feedback for this issue.

Hello Swarna,

Could you please check and confirm with the screenshot, whether <OAuth> is configured under incoming and outgoing authentication or not(at both JIRA and Confluence). Since when we link the Jira URL, it also creates a reciprocal link in Jira from confluence. Sometimes, it might lose the authentication of JIRA when JIRA server is down.
