Have been facing this issue since Saturday. Can't access the site and I'm a freelance writer and the client needs to share the documentation so I find myself in a quite uncomfortable spot. Please help.

Confluence is the only product we are using.

p.s. In the contact support tab, the bar recognizes the site URL but can't contact support as I am not the admin. The client is. Any help is much appreciated.

Can you double check that the URL is accurate? I've seen that message before when mistyping the URL.  It should be [SITENAME].atlassian.net/wiki
