"Page Unavailable, Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable." page is displayed on opening any JIRA.

Yet we are facing the same issue. Please resolve the issue asap

you are on Community site. For support you should go to support site, but in many cases like that try to first check out Status page here:
https://status.atlassian.com/
As you can see there are some problems with Cloud.
@veenan YES! There were big issues across the board this morning with Cloud! Many of us affected. Always keep StatusPage in mind for these types of moments!
In the meantime it's resolved and as you can see from the "Past Incidents" log, there was a general (and irritating) outage!
