Hi. I keep getting this note (counting down), but when I click on renew online, the only thing that shows up is extending plug-ins (and these are renewed through 2017 or 2018). Is there a special place the h-ref should have sent me?

Yes, I figured it out. Had to log in to Atlassian rather than my instance. Thanks for following up.
