Hi All,

After upgrading to confluence to 4.0. we are not able to read the page content via xml rcp. because to which all automated report in wiki page are failing.

We changed our scripts to use api version 2 , its returning the page content in html formate.

can we get page content in plain text/wiki formate formate ?

any suggestion or tips ? i don't want to CLI since it is slow :)

Confluence 4.x and higher only has storage format (no wiki format). The only thing you could do is write the content wrappered with the wiki macro and later when you retrieve it, you can find the wiki text portion of returned storage format.
