Working with Tabs in Confluence

Is there any "Tab" macro capability as part of the native plugins? I've researched a little bit and was able to find a third party plugin (Navitabs) that pretty much fits my needs. Since I'm still evaluating Confluence I'd like to understand if there's any free solutions that I can use for now.

Thank you.

If you are using Confluence Server you could use Refined Toolkit for Confluence to created tabs, and it is free.

Thanks Mikael, I'll give that plugin a try!
