Woah! Something went wrong! Starting...

Hi Guys

When I try to create a backup on my Atlassian cloud hosted Confluence I get the message 'Woah! Something went wrong! Starting...' and can't go any further.

You'll need to read logs to work that one out, but you can't do that on Cloud.

Raise this with Cloud Support, so they can take a look and get it fixed for you - https://support.atlassian.com

There is an issue relating to this error. It has been resolved and will be rolled out to your Cloud service shortly.
