Within Documentation Theme Space Tools do not appear

I changed the Theme to 'Documentation Theme' . But now the 'Space Tools' on the left Sidebar is gone. I didn't change any permissions. When it was the Default theme before I had access to the space tools. Help anyone?!

This is an expected behaviour for Documentation theme. Choose Browse > Space Admin at the top of the screen instead to access a similar setting like 'Space Tools'.

But isn't the Space Admin setting for my global configuration, rather than a specific space? I assume you're referring to the Gear icon on the upper right. If not, where exactly do I go? Thanks!
