Hi and Welcome to the Community!
I assume you are referring to Jira Software / Core? You can still use Data Center versions and under support, but the version you are referring to is already End Of Life and thus unsupported. If you are referring to Confluence, then 8.9.1 is still supported at this point.
Have a look at the End Of Life policy of the Atlassian products:

Hope this answers your question.

Hello @Konsntatin ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
As @Jeroen Poismans has ably pointed out the end of life policy, 8.9.1 of Confluence is based on the 8.9 stream that was released in April 2024. 8.9 will be supported for two years and its end of support date is April 2026.

Big thanks.
Then more one quastion.
Will versions continue to be released or is version 8.9.1 the last, and only the Confluence cloud solution will remain?

There are going to be more Data Center versions. If Atlassian removes support for Data Center the way it did for Server, it will be on a 3-year path with plenty of warning.

Data Center is the only on-prem version of Confluence that Atlassian offers. There is no free option.

Hello,
As @Robert Wen_Cprime_ stated in his earlier answer, there is no free option for DataCenter, which is the only on-prem version.
