Wie kann der System-Error von Confluence nach erfolgr. Verb. m. Datenbank behoben werden?

Guten Tag,

ich habe folgendes Problem:

Nach erfolgreicher Installation von Confluence mit erworbener Lizenz erfolgen die nächsten Schritte inklusive der Verbindung mit der eigenen Datenbank problemlos. 

Nachdem ich dann allerdings auf den Button WEITER der Seite "Datenbank einrichten" geklickt habe, werde ich nach ein paar Minuten Wartezeit auf die Seite "localhost:8090/setup/setupdata-start.action" (Screenshot "Confluence.Error.1.jpg) weitergeleitet. 

Auf dieser Seite wurde dann der Empfehlung gefolgt und der Button BEISPIEL-SITE geklickt, welches eine neue Seite "localhost:8090/setup/setupusermanagementchoice-start.action" (Screenshot Confluence.Error.2.jpg) weiter leitete. 

Hier wurde der Button BENUTZER UND GRUPPEN IN CONFLUENCE VERWALTEN gewählt, welcher nun den Sytem Error (Screenshot Confluence.Error.3a.jpg -  Confluence.Error.3f.jpg) aufzeigt.


Wie kann ich dieses Problem lösen, um die Installation von Confluence erfolgreich abzuschließen???

I have to answer in English, as I don't know German. Google translate produced this version of your description:

After successfully installing Confluence with a purchased license, the next steps, including the connection to your own database, are made without problems.
After clicking on the NEXT button on the "Database Setup" page, after a few minutes of waiting, I get to the page "localhost: 8090 / setup / setupdata-start.action" (screenshot "Confluence.Error.1.jpg ) forwarded.
On this page the recommendation was followed and the button SAMPLE-SITE clicked, which forwarded a new page "localhost: 8090 / setup / setupusermanagementchoice-start.action" (screenshot Confluence.Error.2.jpg).
Here, the button USER AND GROUPS IN CONFLUENCE MANAGE was selected, which now shows the system error (screenshot Confluence.Error.3a.jpg - Confluence.Error.3f.jpg).

I have not seen the setup wizard do this before, and I have tested the latest setup wizard (Confluence 6.6) so it shouldn't be a newly introduced issue. However, it is interesting that another member of the community is reporting similar behavior just after the database setup step, whereas you are getting it after the user setup step. Issue with configuring fresh productive server (Error after DB connection test and NEXT)

I would like to examine the logs from your installation to see if the cases have anything in common, or if I can find any other clues. I am opening a ticket so I can examine your logs. Please stand by for an email from our support portal.
