Why my Confluence table has no fixed width?

I am administrating Confluence and want to adjust table width for each column in Edit page. Unfortunately, I failed to find out the options "Responsive" and "Fixed Width". How to get the options? Thanks.

Hi Frank,

unfortunately adjustable tables were first introduced in Confluence 5.10, so you would have to upgrade to get that functionality:
