Following this documentation, I am able to create a new page from an MS Teams channel. However why does every page have to be added as a tab to the Teams channel thereafter?
This could lead to a cluttered list of tabs on every channel, as users create pages and more so when they don't rename the tab to the page's name.
Is there a way to create a page from MS Teams without it being added as a tab to the channel?
