Why is Confluence emailing me about pages that I am not watching?

I keep getting email updates about a project that I'm not watching. In addition to my email spam, I'm also getting spammed from the Sites space. Does anyone have any idea why this could be happening?

I am not sure what is triggering the notifications but it should be possible to turn them off via the emails: Manage watches from the email message

I look forward to hearing whether this works in your case.

@Ann Worley Thank you for your help! I was able to get the notifications to stop. I also have another issue with getting Confluence and JIRA to integrate. I'll "@" you in my other post.
