Why is Confluence emailing me about pages that I am not watching?

I am continuing to get emails for no apparent reason. I am not involved in any of them. Please take a look into this.

Do you watch a page or entire space? I think you should first take a look at this Watch Pages, Spaces and Blogs page.

The email notifications that I receive from confluence has stop watching space link at the bottom of the email message.
