Why do the upper row is covered when I point to a list

As far as I can see, if you point to a list with the mouse, the full name of the list is displayed, that's why. By default only part of the name appears, but the full name is shown, if you point to it with the mouse. And the label in which the name is shown just happens to be above the shorter name.

Yes, you have right. But at the same time it is covering the upper list from the menubar as I have shown in the picture. Any how it is not a big issue but an enhancement issue I would say.
