Why do some of the screenshots in a document not display when exported to Word from Confluence?

I imported a document into Confluence in Word format. I edited and published the document in Confluence then exported to Word. Some of the screenshots in the document are not displaying in the exported Word document.

Hi Tammy,

Have you checked if the screenshots are actually attached to the page (Tools > Attachments)?

You've mentioned that this is only a problem for some screenshots - do you see any pattern here?
