Why can't I migrate from Jira Server to Cloud?

Hey, I created copy my Server Confluence(4.25 Gb) and trying import it to Cloud. But when my project is unzipping I get this error - http://take.ms/iiIGs

Please Help me!

4.25 Gb might be too large for Cloud, but an "unknown error" does not tell us if it is the size or anything else!

You'll need to raise this with Atlassian support, as they can look at the logs to see what it is.  Contact them at https://support.atlassian.com/contact

did you follow the documentation?

• If you exceed the backup file limit of 200 MB you need to to import the content space by space.
• Documentation: Migrate from Confluence Server to Cloud

Yeah, but I have 1 large space with important Info. How Can I transfer it?

If a single Space-Export causes the error, do as @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- advised.
