It sounds like your page is using a Master Page Layout. If you turn off the Master Page (using the "M" link that appears at the top of the page when you hover over the content), you'll be able to move your sections into the columns.

This is covered in the product documentation in this section:

http://www.stepstonetech.com/display/help/Designing+Pages

And this page describes in detail how to turn off the Master Page layout:

http://www.stepstonetech.com/display/help/Override+the+Zen+Master+for+a+Specific+Page

After you turn off the Master Page layout, you will lose any inherited layout (usually, the columns). You can define your own columns using drag-and-drop sections. This page explains how:

http://www.stepstonetech.com/display/help/Columns%2C+Sections%2C+and+Page+Display+Details

I'll update our documentation to make it a little more clear that, to use drag-and-drop layout on a page, you must first turn off the Master Page layout.

The problem is why I can drop from up to down or down to up between sections, but not from left to right or right to left ?https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/148891/i-can-drap-the-confluence-zen-secetion-from-up-to-down-but-can-not-to-left-side

When your page uses the Master Page Layout, the master provides the columns. You can override the master (the "M" at the top of the canvas toggles the master on and off) and then add sections which you can drag into the right and left columns.

I think the toggle is the answer to your question about restoring the default Zen master page layout (those options are also available under the Toolbar's "Gear" menu).

I can't drag into left or right , and after i restore default master page, I even can't edit section, and the upper right conner of the section's menu is disappear, I can’t move & add & edit section.

I have overrrided the master page

Perhaps you can provide a current screenshot? The one above shows the page using the Master layout (the dark-background M means the master is on--click it to toggle the M to have a white background, then you should be able to drag sections to the column). Thanks!

I can drag up or down ,but no up or down ,why?

I want multiple columns, each column includes some sections.

Sorry, perhaps there is a typo in your question. I don't understand what you're trying to do. A screenshot would be helpful. Thanks!
