Why am I receiving a "We couldn't log you in" error when I'm already logged in?

I am able to login, but when I go to view on of our documents I get the error that "We couldn't log you in". I have tried the troubleshooting and logging out/back in. Any insight why this is happening?

@Karlie Moses Welcome to community.  Do you happen to be using Chrome and are logged into your Google account?  Do it do this in all browsers?  Have you tried clearing your browsers cache?
