Why I can't switch to ZIRA System dashboard from Confluence?

After registered to Confluence forum instead of ZIRA System Dash Board that I realy wanted.   I am unable to switch to ZIRA forum, or neither login even thou I 've logged out from Confluence.

ZIRA is not an Atlassian product so I am not sure why logging into Confluence would prevent you accessing a ZIRA dashboard.

Please try a private browsing or "incognito" session to access ZIRA. If you still cannot log into their system, please contact ZIRA support

Your administrators can shut down and delete accounts.
