This is probably the most beginner-level question posted here. After you purchase cloud hosting, where do you go to set up the URL you want, start adding spaces and users, etc.? The only settings I can find are for account options like contact and billing.
You would have selected the url when you bought it.

It seems like the only way to set up is to request a free trial. There is no setup process if you start by knowing that you want the product.
