Where is the Support Tools menu?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Troubleshooting Problems and Requesting Technical Support

Being a system-admin I am not able to see the Setup tools menu, to create a debug zip file.

Efrén,

If you are using Confluence Cloud, you do not need to create a support.zip. You can directly request for support with your SEN or hosted URL. We also appreciate detailed description on the issue you are facing. Letting us know steps to reproduce the issue would also be a big help! smile
