Where do I find the "Advanced" link under the "Browse menu"?

I'm trying to follow these instructions to export my space, and stuck on step 1: https://wikis.nyu.edu/display/DOC/Exporting+Confluence+Pages+and+Spaces+to+XML. What is the "Browse" menu? I checked all menus available, and don't see an "Advanced" link anywhere.

That guidance is out of date: it's over 5 years old so will refer to a much older version of Confluence than the Cloud version.
