When you make a space publicly available it also shows spaces, apps, and  templates link on top menu. I was trying to find it but could not find. Someone can guide me on this please ?

To show the Spaces, Apps, and Templates links on the top menu when making a space publicly available, it depends on the platform or service you're using. Here are general steps:

  1. Check Space Settings: Go to the settings of the space and look for options related to sharing or public access. Enabling public access might automatically add these links.

  2. Navigation Bar Configuration: If there’s an option to customize the top navigation bar or layout, ensure that Spaces, Apps, and Templates are selected to appear.

  3. Permissions and Visibility: Make sure you’ve granted the correct permissions for users to see these links. Some platforms hide them unless the viewer has access.

Which platform are you using? It may help narrow down the specific solution.

Hi,

Thank you for the reply but it does not help.

I am not using any extra app or  platform, it's simply Confluence pages.
