I see this Jira tracker is being completely ignored by Atlaissian:
What's the go with that? Hardly encouraging as a new customer that such an important issue to so many customers is hardly even acknowledged by Atlaissan.
They don't ignore issues. If they never wanted to do it, or had decided to ignore it, they'd have closed it.
What I can't tell you is how far up or down their priority list it is.
Bear in mind that those who desperately need this sort of thing always have the option of moving off OnDemand and hosting it themselves or moving to another hosting company that can do it for them.
Well, its four years later and this feature is still not available.
I guess Nic you are incorrect in that they DO ignore issues.
