When I change column size in a table and publish it, a scroll bar shows up in the bottom

Whenever I create a table and change the column size to suit the content within the columns and publish it, a scroll bar shows up in the page and all content is not shown on the page.

This ONLY happens when I change the column size. If I don't touch the columns and publish the page, the table is shown correctly. Also when I preview the page, everything is shown correctly. Its only when I publish the page, things break.

I am using Chrome Version 80.0.3987.149 on Windows 10.

I would greatly appreciate any help.
