Are you talking about the chart? From the looks of it, it seems made with the Gliffy plugin.

Yes, i mean the chart with the timeline and the sections in the left space. Thx for the Tipp with Gliffy. I will check it now. Other suggestions :-)

I double checked, it's definitely Gliffy.
