What values are you using for hiVal and maxLo in the HiLo algorithm in Hibernate in the next update?

I'm assuming that you mean next update of Confluence?'m not Atlassian so I don't know of any of there plans etc but I would suggest looking at the source code (and usually they don't change things unless they've got a good reason 
).
That said - Why are you asking? Reading from the database really shouldn't matter from the hiVal, maxLo. It sounds like like you're thinking about writing to the database which you really should stay away from...
