What should I do when a Confluence Cloud Site backup exceeds 200 MB?

Hi there,
This site dates back to June 2020.
A full backup zip file can contain up to 200 MB of data (uncompressed XML files) and unlimited attachments.
As I backed up my Confluence site, it was 906MB, and the attachments folder was 800MB, but the import failed. There is a link to an "alternative method of restoring data" on the restore page.
Would you be able to suggest a course of action? I haven't found any helpful information despite looking around. Thank you.
