I am currently an admin to Jira/Confluence at username@contractor.com.
I would like to change my email address (and not lose any of my existing tickets). When I try to do so, I get the warning that you cannot change your own name.
How do I change my email without losing any data?

Yes, you can. If there is other person as admin, please ask him to change that to you. If not just raise a ticket on Atlassian Support (support.atlassian.com) that we will make that change for you.
